We recently received two awards in 2016 Customer Satisfaction surveys from Canstar Blue:
Every year, Canstar Blue surveys hundreds of households around each state to find out how their providers are stacking up, based on variables including bill clarity, customer service and value for money.

For natural gas customers in Victoria, we received the highest rating, achieving five stars for overall customer satisfaction. We also received five stars for value for money and energy efficiency advice.
Canstar Blue has compared electricity providers in South Australia, with Simply Energy emerging at the top of the ratings table for the second time in three years.
