Most satisfied customers award to Simply Energy

Simply Energy has won the 2014 Canstar Blue Award for Most Satisfied Customers in the category of Electricity Suppliers in South Australia, receiving the highest five star rating for overall satisfaction. Simply Energy also received five stars for availability of payment options, customer service clarity as well as uninterrupted supply.

The Canstar Blue Awards are based on independent research across a range of categories to measure and track customer satisfaction. In the South Australian Electricity Market for 2014, four brands received the minimum number of responses to be included – see full results below:


This is the third Canstar Blue award Simply Energy has received in four years.
