If you enter into a contract with Simply Energy, you'll have a 10 business day cooling off period to reconsider your energy contract. If you do decide to cancel during this cooling off period, or before the account is transferred (which can take up to 4 months), you will continue to have your energy provided by your previous retailer and Simply Energy will withdraw the transfer application.
