Credit support on new bills for customers doing it tough

We understand that cost of living pressures can be challenging, and sometimes, you may need some extra support to help you manage your payments.  

 

We're here to help by adding a one-time $100 credit to your next bill and offering ongoing support over the coming months by matching your bill payments. There's no catch or special requirements, just a little help when you need it. 

 

We will match your bill payments

Until 30 June 2023, we will match any bill payments you make, dollar for dollar, on your account where eligible.

Matched payments are issued as a credit on your next bill, up to a maximum value of $500* per fuel.

Provided you continue your payment schedule, ENGIE will match any payment you make, large or small.

*Please note any bill credits you receive are not eligible for a refund.

FAQs

How does the payment matching initiative work?

Make a payment on your bill – any amount – until 30 June 2023, and we'll match the amount you pay.  

The credit will appear on your bill at the next bill cycle. Payments are capped at a maximum of $500* per fuel.

Payments must continue to be made in accordance with your payment schedule. 

Can I claim a refund for any credits I receive?

Unfortunately, bill credits cannot be refunded.

I’ve been on the Bill Assist program previously. Am I still eligible?

If you’ve been on our Bill Assist program in the past, it’s great to have you back on board. And yes, you’re eligible to receive bill credits as part of our initiative, up until June 30, 2023.
