Important information

 

We will be sending a request to finalise your supply on the Move Out date above.

Please ensure the main switch and any major appliance switches are in the off position if a de-energisation is applicable.

If a site visit is required, a meter person will need access to the property. Therefore, clear access to the meter will be required for the date requested. If the distributor cannot access the meter, a second visit may be required. Additional charges will be applicable for every subsequent visit. 

It is your responsibility to make sure that between today and the de-energisation timeframe there are no works undertaken at the premises where a person may come into contact with exposed wiring.

We will final bill you up until the date that the final read occurs or the site transfers to another retailer. If we are unable to receive a read for your move out date, we may need to estimate the read in order to final bill your account.   

METER ABOLISHMENTS - We require additional supporting documentation for abolishment requests.
