Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Simply Energy Solutions Solar plan, you need to have:
- Used our preferred installer to purchase and install your solar PV system after being referred by Simply Energy
- Purchased your solar PV system after the 1st of January 2021
- A solar PV system that is 3KW or larger
- A net metered solar PV system

Get in-depth information on your solar PV system performance, including feed-in credits earned, amount of electricity exported and usage daily peaks.
Performance alerts
If we see your solar system is underperforming, we’ll monitor it through Tracker and send you an email to let you know to check your panels.
Carbon neutral
We’ll offset carbon emissions from your energy usage. There’s nothing more you need to do, except feel good
