We’re pleased to announce that Dual Fuel customers nationwide (customers who have both electricity and gas accounts with the same energy retailer) have rated Simply Energy highest for overall customer satisfaction in the latest survey from Canstar Blue.

We’re very proud that, out of almost 3,000 households surveyed, we’ve come out on top, receiving five stars for overall customer satisfaction and value for money. We also received four stars for customer service as well as bill and cost clarity.
