We’re very pleased to announce that South Australians have rated Simply Energy highest for overall electricity and gas customer satisfaction in the latest customer satisfaction surveys from Canstar Blue.

We’re over the moon that our customers have given us a five star overall rating for electricity for the second year in a row, and the third time in four years. It’s also the second time four years we’ve received this award for gas.

Every year, Canstar Blue surveys hundreds of households around each state to find out how their providers are stacking up, based on variables including bill clarity, customer service and value for money.

In the latest survey of more than 600 bill-paying electricity customers in the Adelaide area, we were the only retailer to score five stars for overall satisfaction. We also received five stars for our customer service, value for money and bill and cost clarity.

When it comes to gas, once again we were the only retailer to score five stars for overall customer satisfaction. Like the electricity category, we also received five stars for our customer service, value for money and bill and cost clarity.

South Australians have faced some challenges with their electricity supply, with higher prices and issues with grid stability. In the face of these challenges, we’re especially proud to receive a five-star rating from our customers, and we’re committed to working even harder for all our customers across Australia in the coming years.
