ENGIE payment plans include:

• Short-term plans – quick assistance for a short period, from one billing cycle to the next.
• Longer-term plans – spread your costs out over the year and pay in scheduled instalments.

Payment options:

• Fixed instalments – pay a set amount weekly, fortnightly or monthly to help you stay on top of your bills. To apply for a fixed instalment payment plan, head to MyENGIE and select ‘Payment Plans’ under the Billing tab.
• Pay in advance – get ahead of your bills and pay upfront to cover future bills.  

Request a payment plan in MyENGIE in a few simple steps:  

1. Log in to MyENGIE and click on the 'Billing' tab in the header at the top of the page.  
2. Click on 'Payment plan' from the list of options.
3. If this is something you are interested in applying for, click 'Apply now.
4. Read carefully about what a payment plan is and how it works.  
5. Specify the start date of your plan, frequency and length of time.  
6. Review the details of your payment schedule and finalise.
