Simply Energy can provide payment cards for your Electricity and Gas accounts. Please call us on 13 88 08 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange to have a payment card sent to you.
Should you have an overdue balance and wish to discuss an ongoing payment arrangement, please call our Customer Care team on 13 88 08 (8:00am - 7:00pm AEST Monday to Friday).
