To report a power outage, gas leak or fault, please contact your energy distributor. You can find the number for their 24/7 support line at the top of your ENGIE bill. Don’t have a bill handy? Visit Emergencies, power outages and faults to find your distributor.

When the unexpected happens we’re here to help. Following a natural disaster or emergency, you may need some help paying your bills. Our team can support you with:

  • Bill extensions and payment plans
  • Information about government concessions, rebates, and discounts.
