Disaster Flood Relief

Assistance for customers

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted and we thank the emergency services who are working tirelessly to protect the community.

We’re here to help

Longer Invoice Period

If you are in an area that has been impacted by flood we apply an additional 35 days to your invoice for payment when we are notified that an area is affected by floods. This means you will still receive your Pay on Time discounts (if applicable) if you pay under these extended terms.

Payment Options

If you require support in paying your energy bills, we have a number of payment options available such as extended terms and payment plans.

Financial Assistance

In addition, you may be eligible to claim financial assistance via the Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment (AGDRP) is a one-off, non-means tested payment of $1,000 per eligible adult and $400 per child. Find out more here
