ACT Utilities Concession terms and conditions

You authorise Simply Energy to collect the information you provide when filling out this form (such as your name, postcode and concession details), and using this information, provide relevant information to Centrelink and/or the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) at least once every 12 months.

You give Centrelink and/or the DVA permission to confirm your concession card details, as well as other details that relate to your entitlement to a concession discount or grant. This involves electronically matching details you have provided to Simply Energy with Centrelink and/or DVA records to confirm that you are currently receiving a Centrelink or DVA benefit.

You understand that when you agree to these ACT Utilities Concession terms and conditions, they are effective as long as you are a Simply Energy customer and are subject to both your Energy Plan and Agreement Terms.

You agree to let Simply Energy and your card issuer know of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your eligibility for a concession.

You understand that you can cancel your ongoing agreement to these terms and conditions at any time by contacting Simply Energy via online chat or by calling us on 13 88 08.

You understand that if you cancel your agreement to these terms and concessions, you may no longer be eligible for the concession provided by Simply Energy.

If you don't want your information shared in this way, or withdraw your agreement, you must get proof of your details directly from Centrelink and/or DVA.
