Change your direct debit details

Editing your direct debit details through MyAccount is quick and simple:

  1. Head to MyAccount and click on Direct debit.
  2. Enter your customer number, DOB or ABN and postcode (so we can securely check your ID).
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit your direct debit details. If you have more than one account with us (electricity and gas), remember to edit your details on each account.
  4. Read and agree to the T&Cs, enter your new bank account or credit card details and click save. Your direct debit payments will be taken from your selected bank account or credit card on the bill due date.
