eBilling – the simplest way to receive your bills

When you register for ebilling, we’ll send your bills directly to your email instead of sending them by post. 

Why switch to ebills?

    Receiving your bills in real time gives you more time to pay before the due date. And there’s less risk of your bill getting delayed or lost in the mail.

    Get your bills instantly, anytime, anywhere. eBilling also makes paying your energy bills simpler, with click-to-pay direct from your mobile. 
  • Save paper
    With no paper bills, ebilling is a tree-friendly choice. And if you need an extra reason to switch, paperless billing also makes filing a thing of the past.  

 

How to switch to ebilling

Switch to ebilling in a few clicks through the Simply Energy MyAccount app or desktop web portal. 
There’s no need to login to MyAccount. Simply select eBill from the menu (click the hamburger icon if using the app) and have your Simply Energy customer number to hand. Your customer number can be found at the top of page 1 of your bill, above the account number.

 

Changed your email address? 

Simply head to MyAccount, and click on the edit symbol (pencil icon). Enter your new email address, then click save. 
If you have more than one energy account with us, don’t forget to change your email address for each account.
