How to set up direct debit

Direct debit allows you to pay your energy bills automatically, saving the hassle of manual payments. 

It’s a quick and convenient way to stay on top of your bills.

Simply set, forget and avoid missing due dates in the future.  
 

Setting up direct debit. As easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Head to MyAccount
  2. Enter your customer number, DOB/ABN and postcode (so we can securely check your ID).
  3. Click the pencil icon to set up your direct debit. Simply read and agree to the T&Cs, enter your bank account or credit card details and click save.

Payments are taken from your selected bank account or credit card on the bill due date.
