How to set up direct debit

Direct debit is a quick and convenient way to stay on top of your bills. Payments are taken from your selected bank account or credit card on the bill due date, saving you the hassle of manual payments. 

Simply set, forget and avoid missing due dates in the future.  

Setting up direct debit. As easy as 1, 2, 3.

You can do this in 3 simple steps with MyAccount.

  1. Simply log in to MyAccount and click on the 'Billing' tab in the header at the top of the page. 
  2. Down the left hand side of the screen, there will be a navigation menu. Click on 'Direct Debit'. 
  3. After making sure that Direct Debit is right for you, select the account/s that you would like to set it up for and finalise your selection.
