Account Management

  • You will have access to a dedicated Account Manager who will personally attend to your account, manage the ongoing business relationships - and assist you in proactively managing your energy needs


Australian based (Melbourne) in-house billing, transfers and Customer Care team, sitting alongside our Sales and Account Management team:

  • Providing essential support to the sales Account Management team
  • Ensuring customer and site transfers are completed on time
  • Billing is timely, accurate and customized where required

Account Information

  • A number of payment options including Cheque, EFT and Credit Card
  • View your account balance, view and download invoices as well as access consumption data and graphs. Our customer portal can display your consumption data in a raw or graphical format to assist you in managing your energy usage and emissions reporting
  • eBilling - bill copies automatically emailed to various contacts

Interface with Network Providers

Your dedicated Account Management team will:

  • Facilitate communication between you and your network provider
  • Provide planned outage information when passed on by the relevant network providers
  • Provide notification of changes to network and regulated charges
  • Be the customer's advocate with network related issues
