Australian based (Melbourne) in-house billing, transfers and Customer Care team, sitting alongside our Sales and Account Management team:
Providing essential support to the sales Account Management team
Ensuring customer and site transfers are completed on time
Billing is timely, accurate and customized where required
Account Information
A number of payment options including Cheque, EFT and Credit Card
View your account balance, view and download invoices as well as access consumption data and graphs. Our customer portal can display your consumption data in a raw or graphical format to assist you in managing your energy usage and emissions reporting
eBilling - bill copies automatically emailed to various contacts
Interface with Network Providers
Your dedicated Account Management team will:
Facilitate communication between you and your network provider
Provide planned outage information when passed on by the relevant network providers
Provide notification of changes to network and regulated charges
Be the customer's advocate with network related issues
