Longer Invoice Period

If you are in an area that has been impacted by fire, your new invoices will have payment terms of 35 days. This means you will receive your pay on time discounts (if applicable) if you pay within these extended terms.

Payment Options

If you require support in paying your energy bills, we have a number of payment options available such as extended terms and payment plans.

Financial Assistance

In addition, you may be eligible to claim financial assistance via the government human services website
