Unfortunately, there’s no getting around the fact that bills need paying. So to make it as simple as possible, Simply Energy provides multiple billing and payment options to suit a wide range of needs. And if you pay on time some great discounts will apply.

Billing
If you are in Victoria you will receive an electricity bill every 3 months and a gas bill every 2 months. If you are in South Australia your electricity and gas billing cycle is every 3 months.
At sign up we will ask you how you would like to receive your bill, in the mail or via email. Many customers have made the switch to eBilling which is a convenient and easy way to receive and pay your bills. With eBilling you receive your bill in PDF format. Payments
Simply Energy offers the following payment options:
- Over the Internet with our secure payment facility
- Direct Debit from cheque, savings or credit card account. Sign up through our online form.
- Australia Post in person, by phone or online
- Australia Post Payment Cards
- BPay
- Cheque via mail
