Most Satisfied Customers Award to Simply Energy
Leading retail energy provider Simply Energy has been awarded the Most Satisfied Customers’ Award for the supply of natural gas to households and businesses.
The independent consumer survey by Canstar Blue placed Simply Energy equal first for overall customer satisfaction and billing. Victorian gas customers also voted Simply Energy number one for price.
Simply Energy received a five star rating for price and billing and closely missed out on a perfect score with a four star rating on service. The overall rating gave Simply Energy a full five stars, placing them well above major competitors in the field.
The Canstar Blue survey, which was released on July 28, is an initiative of Canstar Cannex, an Australian and New Zealand research agency of retail finance information, covering more than 2350 institutions across the finance sector. Canstar Blue commissions Colmar Brunton to survey 2,500 Australian customers across a range of categories every few months to measure customer satisfaction. Outcomes reported are the results from those within the survey group who have an active gas account, and regularly pay their energy bills.
