Direct Debit from cheque or savings account or credit card
Click here to use our digital form to set up direct debit today. Why do the work yourself when someone else can do it for you? Apply for our auto pay option to have you bills automatically paid from your bank/building society, credit union account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). Submit your details online and we'll do the rest.
Australia Post In person, by phone or online.
Pay in person at any post office by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. For payments by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) 24 hours a day, phone 13 18 16 or go to Postbillpay.com.au.
Australia Post Payment Cards
If you would like to make payments in advance towards your gas and/or electricity bill call Simply Energy on 13 88 08 to request a payment card.
BPay
Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your savings or cheque account or credit card account. You can also register for BPay online by visiting your bank's website. Our biller code in Victoria is 606327.
Mail
Post your payment slip with a cheque to Simply Energy. Our payment mailing address is:

Smooth Payment Plan (Residential Customers Only)
Apply for a Smooth Payment Plan and an agreed amount will be deducted automatically from your nominated credit card, bank, credit union or building society account every fortnight or month.
Just download a smooth payment plan application form and call Simply Energy on 13 88 08 with a copy of your highest gas and/or electricity bills in the last 12 months on hand.
Concessions
Victoria
If you hold a Health Care Card, Health Benefits Card, or a Pensioner Concession Card or a Veterans' Affairs Gold Card you may be eligible for a concession. There are other types of concessions such as the Winter Energy Concession, Utility Grant Relief Scheme or Service to Property Concession that the Department of Human Services may grant to you if you are eligible. For more information on these concession or others that may be available please contact us on 13 88 08 or the State Concessions Unit within the Department of Human Services on 1800 658 521.
South Australia
You may be eligible for a concession on your Simply Energy electricity bill if you hold an eligible concession card and satisfy the South Australian Government's other eligibility criteria.
