If you hold a Health Care Card, Health Benefits Card, or a Pensioner Concession Card or a Veterans' Affairs Gold Card you may be eligible for a concession. There are other types of concessions such as the Winter Energy Concession, Utility Grant Relief Scheme or Service to Property Concession that the Department of Human Services may grant to you if you are eligible.
