Reducing the badness

A few years back we saw a lot of energy company badness. Big guys with big bills, tricky contracts and nasty service. We wanted to do energy differently. We shouted, 'ENERGY SHOULD BE SIMPLE, NICE, FAIR!' So, in July 2007, we started providing this new type of energy for residential, business and corporate customers.

What's the difference?

Some retailers make you talk to machines. Simply Energy has a coffee machine, but it doesn't talk. Most retailers bury you in bill and contract jargon. We keep it simple. And instead of speaking to half our company when you call for help, you'll get one of us.
